I am a licensed and insured massage therapist that provides mobile massage in Daytona Beach and the surrounding areas. I come to your location with everything needed to give you a spa massage experience at home. It is recommended that you call to make sure an opening is available at the time you prefer before booking online. A photo id is required to book an appointment. A nonrefundable fee of $25 is required to hold your appointment time and is deducted from the total cost of the massage.

Swedish Mobile Massage

Swedish massage that uses smooth, gliding strokes to help you relax. The massage therapist will move at a slower pace and use lighter pressure. Great for stress relief, insomnia, anxiety, lowering blood pressure, and increasing circulation. 60 and 90 Minute Sessions.

 

Deep Tissue Mobile Massage

Deep tissue massage involves manipulation of the deeper layers of muscle tissue in the body by releasing tight “knots” or adhesions, breaking up scar tissue, and releasing tight tendons and ligaments that contribute to sore muscles and achy joints. 60 and 90 Minute Sessions.

 

Lymphatic Drainage Mobile Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a form of gentle massage that encourages circulation throughout the lymphatic system and reduces swelling or edema. The fluid in the lymphatic system helps remove waste and toxins from the bodily tissues. 60 and 90 Minute Sessions.

 

Prenatal Mobile Massage

Prenatal massage aims to relax tense muscles, ease stress, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good. Pregnancy changes your center of gravity and puts a lot of stress on your lower back, neck, abdominal muscles, and shoulders. 60 and 90 Minute Sessions.

 

Mobile Sports Massage

Sports massages are derived from a variety of massage styles including compression, pressure-point therapy, cross-fiber friction, deep transverse friction, and joint mobilization. Primarily, the focus lies with function. This can improve a wide range of conditions/ailments such as, but not limited to; chronic neck and back pain, migraines, TMJ, frozen shoulder, arthritis, sciatica, tennis/golfer’s elbow, plantar fasciitis, muscle spasms/cramps, DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) 60 and 90 Minute Sessions.
